Renters and additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age with valid driver’s license.

Renter must carry full coverage insurance to be eligible for a rental. Almost all insurance providers will transfer your current coverage from your vehicle to our vehicle regardless of the model/year of your car. We will verify each renters insurance in order to guarantee a reservation. Lux Hub Rentals does not sell or provide any rental insurance packages. In the event of any other loss or damage to the car, regardless of fault, your financial responsibility extends to the full value of the car at the time of rental, less its salvage value, plus expenses for towing, storage impound fees, an administrative fee and a reasonable charge for loss of use. Your responsibility for theft of the car shall not exceed the reasonable costs incurred by Lux Hub Rentals for loss due to theft up to its fair market value, if it is established that you or any authorized operator failed to exercise reasonable care or aided or abetted in the theft.

A security deposit is required to rent from us. The security deposit can range from $250.00-1000.00. The owner may use this deposit to cover any amounts due under The Rental Agreement.

Refunds of your deposit or any other funds owed to you are posted by LuxHub Rentals upon close of your contract when you return the vehicle. However, depending on your financial institution, can take up to 10 days to process.

An acceptable valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence must be presented at the time of rental.

All rentals are billed in 24 hours/1 day windows. A 1 day rental from Friday at 9:30AM will be required to be returned on Saturday at 9:30AM. We grant a 1 hour grace period window. Any rental that exceeds 1 hours after the scheduled return time will be billed an extra day unless waiver is granted.

We accept all major credit cards, bank issued debit cards, and wire transfers. In special cases we also accept cash.

All vehicles are available for Pick up and Drop off at our local office in West Midtown.

While we do our very best to offer a seamless rental experience for all of our clients, at times unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle color. If for some reason the vehicle you have reserved is not available will provide you with a vehicle in an equal or greater class.

Additional authorized operators can be added at the time of rental. The primary renter and each Additional Authorized Operator must be present to sign the rental agreement and must meet normal rental qualifications, such as showing a valid driver license, and meeting all age requirements. Additional Driver Fees: $25.00 per day for each Additional Authorized Operator.

Lux Hub Rentals vehicles must not be driven outside of Georgia without prior approval.

All vehicles in Lux Hub Rentals Fleet are considered non smoking rental cars. Cleaning fees will be charged if a vehicle is returned in a condition where it needs to be cleaned and deodorized due to being smoked in. Smoking in any LuxHub Rentals vehicle may also result to loss of rental deposit.

Renters get 200 miles per rental day. If mileage exceeds 200 miles per day a charge of 0.50 cent per mile may occur.

You must cancel more than 24 hours in advance or you will be charged a minimum of one day rental charges plus taxes and appropriate fees.
